About

What do you do?

As a teacher and mentor who has worked with gifted students and their families for over a decade, I help highly capable adults get "unstuck" and move through problems to enjoy deeply rewarding lives.

This could mean helping you:

  • Solve problems – you want to overcome impostor syndrome, stop procrastinating, become a confident public speaker, or manage difficult personalities in your leadership role

  • Navigate transitions – you would like support with a career change, coordinating a move for an older parent, or deciding what you want the next chapter of your life to look like

  • Make difficult decisions – you need to decide how long to support to someone financially or how to proceed when family members disagree on what to do with a family legacy

  • Nurture relationships – you want to identify which people in your life love you for you or connect with your love for family members whose decisions you disagree with

  • Love your life more – you want to learn how to love the life you have or decide how to shift things so that you can love it

Highly capable adults are usually detailed and nuanced thinkers.  They get stuck not because they can’t think effectively, but rather because they are looking at problems from so many different angles, examining multiple factors simultaneously, and feeling complex emotions that arise from conflicting needs.  It can help to think through issues with someone who understands your thinking style.

My goal is to help you decide on a timeline – 12 weeks works well for many people – and to move the needle on a project or issue that is important to you.  I will support you as you set goals, work through problems, brainstorm solutions, and create the change you wish to see in your life.  If you think I could be helpful to you, please book a session today.
